1: Make an Appointment
The first step is locking in a time! Book online or give us a call on (03) 9813 2189.
2: Get a referral from your GP
If you would like to access a Care Plan under Medicare you will need a referral from your GP.
3: Exercise Safety Questionnaire
We will email you a copy of this to complete online after you have booked your first appointment.
4: Initial Assessment
One of our skilled clinicians will assess you and discuss your goals with you.
5: Receive Exercise Prescription
We tailor your exercise prescription to meet your needs, goals, and preferences.
6: Choose Program & Begin!
Choose between exercising one-on-one, as part of a group class, or independently.
7: Continual Reassessment
Every 3-6 months we do a formal review and modify your exercise prescription as needed.

I would like to add my 5-star review to all the other songs of praise offered to MEPG! If I could give them 10 stars I would! This centre is fantastic, especially the wonderful support of Benjy. The program has been so helpful for my osteoarthritic needs and I experienced great progress even in the early stages. The supportive and individualised context is second to none, as well as the really well-informed clinical support. But what has been even more impressive is the caring approach of everyone at the centre - both practitioners and admin staff - especially when I needed to pull out of the series of sessions prematurely due to other personal life constraints. They could not have been more helpful. The GLA:D program is fantastic - and this is absolutely the best place to do it. I really encourage others to give it a go!

Lauren assessed me early 2019 and I've attended weekly classes since then. My fitness level, balance, weight bearing capacity and endurance have greatly improved and I plan to continue with the class. There are many things that make the difference for me at MEPG - the small class size, the individual attention, the personal programme created and monitored for me by Lauren, the supervision of my general health (e.g. BP/pulse monitoring as required), and the fact that it's a great place to be while you work through your programme - there's humour, music, entertaining conversation and, of course, Milly, the Golden Retriever therapy dog!
