Exercising as part of a group is excellent for many reasons:
- Being supervised by an Exercise Physiologist means your technique will alway be corrected
- You can challenge yourself more as you are in a safe environment
- Great way to share knowledge and experiences with others
- It is motivating, knowing that your class mates are waiting for you.
- Develop social connections to others in similar situations
- Using Exercise Physiologists and their knowledge as an educational resource
- Great for improving your mental and emotional wellbeing
- We have a defibrillator onsite and are all first aid qualified.
We hold various group classes – we recommend which class will be best for you after an assessment.
