This is what Mise en Place Guide Australia & New Zealand is all about, having “everything in its place” in one place.

A comprehensive guide with information ranging from restaurants to nightclubs and from butchers to wholesalers, also a place to share a recipe or two at our online community forums. With time, we at MEPG are aiming to put together a guide that is devoted entirely to the hospitality industry.

Our goal for 2007 is to get businesses and individuals involved to help grow our online community through our forums with information about the hospitality industry. This with other feedback will supply MEPG with ideas that will set us on track for becoming the website that has “Mise en Place”.
